Highland Growing Climate

Nurtured by volcanic soils and rich rainfall.

The tea-growing environment of Bomet County is characterized by rich, deep volcanic soils that are naturally high in nutrients. The area receives regular, well-distributed annual rainfall and enjoys cool highland temperatures. These combined factors reduce plant stress and support steady growth, allowing the tea bushes to concentrate aromatic compounds that yield bright, robust Black CTC infusions and delicate specialty leaf flavors.
